Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and process customer packages with speed and accuracy.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Ensure the safety and organization of the warehouse floor at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform quality checks on inventory to prevent shipping errors.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if outdoor work is involved).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
