Cold Storage Worker - Direct Hire Opportunity

We are currently hiring for immediate openings for Cold Storage Workers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime and career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and stage products accurately to ensure order fulfillment meets strict deadlines.
- Cold Chain Maintenance: Monitor temperature logs and ensure strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols within the freezer.
- Material Handling: Move materials and products within the warehouse using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in all zones of the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, cold storage, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly in a cold environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Equipment: Forklift certification is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attendance: Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance records.
