Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage products for delivery using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on speed and 100% accuracy.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and ensuring proper storage of materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the overnight shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
