Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Prepare products for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling orders efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, following all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding workflow and inventory status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
