Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock organization.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before final packaging and shipment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with facility standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a drug screen (Criminal background check is waived for this role).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
