Your Day-to-Day
As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are delivered accurately and on time. This is a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail matters.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by inspecting goods for damage or defects.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Operate scanning equipment and software to track inventory levels and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in packing and labeling products according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while performing daily tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
