Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against invoices and delivery notes.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and organize stock to optimize warehouse flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
