Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products for shipping and receiving.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for delivery using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are optimal.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required by safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Day/Night availability is a plus).
- Documentation: Must possess a valid government-issued ID; No Background Check Required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not strictly mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high accuracy rates.
