Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Verify inventory levels and ensure stock is correctly located and organized on the warehouse floor.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners (RF Guns), Pick-to-Light systems, and forklifts as required.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient workspace (5S principles).
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
