Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Verify product quality and condition before packaging for shipment.
- Label, wrap, and secure items to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on hard surfaces.
