Responsibilities
- Select and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify product quantities, sizes, and descriptions against purchase orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects before packing and shipping.
- Collaborate with team leads and logistics coordinators to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
