Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect merchandise for quality, damage, and correct labeling before shipping.
- Operate packing equipment, including pallet jacks, shrink-wrap machines, and conveyor belts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality metrics.
- Handle heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, including safety guidelines and pick lists.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
