Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move refrigerated/frozen products
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Monitor and record temperature/humidity levels in storage areas
- Adhere to HACCP and food safety protocols at all times
- Sanitize equipment and storage spaces using approved cleaning methods
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Comfortable working in 0-40°F refrigerated environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
