Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a safe and timely manner
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain OSHA forklift certification (training provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- No prior experience required - we train!
