Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move materials within warehouse and storage facilities
- Load/unload trucks and containers following safety protocols and inventory procedures
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of material movements
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed (e.g., stacking, organizing, cleaning)
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide paid training
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and measurements
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
