Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure proper working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Organize and stock inventory in the warehouse efficiently and accurately.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols strictly.
- Prepare pallets for shipping and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification (we provide training).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
