Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and stage materials with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (CDL Class B is a plus).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
