Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Load/unload trucks and stage materials for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (commercial license not required)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
