Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks in a safe, efficient manner
- Load, unload, and move materials within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience necessary – we provide full training
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math and communication skills
