Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting, stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare pallets for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and securing of goods.
- General Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Eligibility: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- License: Valid Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory if you are willing to learn.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (including weekends if needed).
