Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move inventory throughout the warehouse safely.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Perform daily quality checks on inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counts.
- Willingness to learn and complete forklift certification training.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
