Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts, stock checks, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Packaging & Labeling: Properly package, label, and prepare goods for domestic and international shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse floor, ensuring proper storage of products.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking and packing customer orders to meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
