Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and loading dock areas.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of forklift equipment to ensure mechanical reliability and safe operation.
- Organize and maintain inventory stock, ensuring accurate location tracking and minimal waste.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment preparation.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to pass forklift certification training upon hiring.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for logging inventory and following safety signage.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
