Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using RF scanners.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Forklift certification (if available, great to have).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Must be reliable and able to work flexible shifts.
