Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload freight from trucks, verifying quantities and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Organize, stack, and secure products within the warehouse to prevent damage and optimize storage space.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock organization.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime when necessary.
