Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods safely throughout the warehouse.
- Prepare and organize inventory by stacking and arranging products according to safety standards.
- Perform routine inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment for everyone.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse aisles and storage areas.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – We provide paid on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
