Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Organize and stack inventory to maintain a safe and orderly workspace.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through our training program.
