Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, count inventory, and ensure proper organization of stockpiles.
- Equipment Safety: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in the receiving and shipping processes, including verifying shipment contents and preparing documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for Full-Time shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential.
