Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on machinery before/during shifts
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization tasks
- Load/unift trucks and coordinate with shipping/receiving teams
- Maintain accurate logs of material movements and equipment usage
- Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety standards
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license a plus (not required)
