Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing inventory
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Participate in ongoing safety training and process improvements
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license (required for company vehicle use)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
