Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse settings
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to streamline inventory management processes
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in organizing and maintaining clean, orderly warehouse spaces
- Participate in cross-functional logistics operations as needed
- Complete accurate documentation of inventory movements and activities
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (or ability to obtain one)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
