Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials.
- Loading and Unloading: Receive, verify, and load/unload shipments in a timely and organized manner.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and perform daily pre-shift inspections.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for enthusiastic candidates eager to learn. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Reliability: Ability to work a consistent schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
