Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following safety protocols
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure operational safety and report malfunctions
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize inventory movement
- Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide paid training!
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
