Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and full inventory reconciliations using RF scanning technology
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy in ERP/WMS systems with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound stock transactions with meticulous documentation
- Generate inventory variance reports and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional audits with warehouse and purchasing teams
- Optimize inventory storage layouts for maximum efficiency
- Train staff on inventory control protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- RF scanner certification or demonstrable technical aptitude
- Expert knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methodologies
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Valid California driver's license required
