Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain real-time inventory records
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports and variance analysis for leadership
- Coordinate with procurement team to optimize stock levels and reorder points
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Train staff on inventory procedures and audit documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve stock issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (±99.5% accuracy)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning and RFID technology
