Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues before each shift and report any maintenance needs.
- Organize stock and inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and placement.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (including weekends and holidays as needed).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Language: Basic English proficiency for communication.
