Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, move, and store materials in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Inspect forklift equipment before and after each shift to ensure safe operation and report any mechanical issues.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (or be willing to obtain one through our training program).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
