Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Inspect products for damage and quality control before they leave the facility.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate handling equipment and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
