Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate placement of stock in designated storage areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Handle heavy packages with care to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and complete required forklift certification training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order picking.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
