Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform routine safety inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Receive, verify, and stage incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Wrap, palletize, and secure cargo for transport using proper packaging techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and housekeeping procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level operators.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.
