Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to order specifications and shipping labels.
- Scan items into the warehouse management system to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate hand-held scanners and material handling equipment (if certified).
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing to ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) and perform repetitive motions.
- Willingness to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic math skills for reading labels, scanning barcodes, and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
