Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Verify inventory accuracy by checking stockpiles and performing cycle counts.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed to maintain a safe workplace.
- Clean and maintain the warehouse area, including sweep floors and organize aisles.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping deadlines efficiently.
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure it is in proper working order and report any malfunctions.
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification (we offer paid training for qualified candidates).
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic reading and writing skills to complete safety logs and inventory documentation.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
