Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Organize, stack, and tag inventory according to strict safety and organization protocols.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Accurately record inventory movements using warehouse management software.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (must possess valid license or be willing to obtain one).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
