Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockpiles.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a valid Forklift Operator License (Class A or B) within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and writing skills for inventory documentation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
