Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads for transport.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning and organizing stock.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Required).
- Previous experience operating a forklift (Class 1 or Class 3 preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
