Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (including sit-down and stand-up models) in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trailers with precision and speed, ensuring cargo safety during transit.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using our warehouse management system.
- Inspect equipment for potential safety hazards and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be willing to obtain a forklift operator certification (we provide training).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
