Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Verify inventory counts and update digital logs accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator certification (we provide training for qualified candidates).
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred).
