Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products to and from loading docks and storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and perform daily equipment inspections.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Day/Night/Weekend availability a plus).
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and walking extensive distances.
- Driving: Valid driver's license (Class B preferred) is a plus.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
