Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Verify and count incoming stock to ensure accuracy against packing slips.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by keeping aisles clear and following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Properly tag and label inventory using barcodes and RF scanners.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a valid Forklift Operator Certification (we offer training for the right candidate).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
