Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily per OSHA standards
- Coordinate inventory management using RF scanners
- Safely load/untract trailers and manage dock operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Train junior operators on safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent
